Obituary




Gardner-Roger A. Goulet, 79, formerly of Worcester died Saturday, January 13 at the Rose Monahan Hospice House.

He leaves three siblings, Barbara Moriarty of Leicester, Ronald Goulet and his companion, Sally Snyder of Spencer and Bradford Goulet and his wife, Mary Ellen of Weare, NH; many nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews. He was born in Worcester, son of Albert S. and Antoinette M. (Sieniawski) Goulet and received associate degrees from Worcester Junior College and Mount Wachusett College. He was an Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam War.

Roger was a computer specialist at Digital Corporation for many years, before retiring. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign War. Roger loved spending time with his family and follow New England sports teams.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Roger's Life Celebration visitation on Thursday, January 18 from 5:00 to 7:00pm with a Prayer Service at 6:45pm in CALLAHAN, FAY & CASWELL Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle St., Worcester. Burial will be private in the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Winchendon. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Montachusett Veterans Outreach Center, 268 Central St., Gardner, 01440.
