Margaret E. Anderson “Ducky” (Irving), age 86 of Mansfield, formerly of Canton passed away January 2nd surrounded by her loving family. Born in Boston, she was raised in Canton and graduated from St. John’s School. She worked as a Teller and a Bookkeeper for the Bank of Canton for many years and later worked in the Accounting Department for the Mass Hospital School in Canton before retiring. She was a former member of the Canton Historical Society and the Canton Catholic Women’s Club.
Beloved wife of Gerard I. Mother of Marion Pulcini and her husband Ralph of Easton, David G. Anderson and his wife Karen of Sharon and Lisa M. Stier and her husband Larry of Mansfield. Sister of Joseph Irving of Norwood. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Sunday 4-8 pm. Funeral mass at St. John the Evangelist Church Canton Monday morning at 10:30. Burial Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
