MABE - Frances Mabe, 73, of Yulee passed away Wednesday evening, November 29, 2017 at the Community Hospice & Palliative Care Warner Center.
She was born September 11, 1944 in Boston, MA and moved to Yulee 40 years ago from Jacksonville, FL. She was a member of Blackrock Baptist Church where she sang in the Choir. Mrs. Mabe enjoyed church and working. She was very compassionate, loved the Lord and loved to share the Lord with others. She loved her pets, Bandit and Angel.
Survivors include three sons and daughters in law, Eddie and Denise Davis, Jr. of Callahan, FL, Allan and Tammy Davis of Yulee, FL, Ricky and Mitzi Davis of Cope, SC; a daughter and son in law, Lisa and Terry Hiers of Waycross, GA; two brothers, Carvin Salvatore and Frankie Salvatore; five sisters, Nancy Campanelle, Linda Taylor, Janet Berry, Brenda Smith and Petrenella Boyer; nine grandchildren, Eddie Davis, III (Olena), Ronnie Davis (Jessica), Debyn Davis, Tyler Davis (Sara), Taylor Davis, Amy Deen, Tara Norris, Cory Hiers and Brianna Hiers; 11 great grandchildren, Bryson, Amelia, Alivia, Elijah, T. J., Benjamin, Justin, Julia, Jacob, Tristin and Caden.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 4, at Blackrock Baptist Church with Reverends, John Kasper and Frank Camarotti officiating. Interment will follow in Green Pine Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service Monday at the church.
