Corey Charles Dunn, age 27 of East Taunton passed away on October 21, 2017 at his home.
He was the beloved son of Deborah (Lawrence) Dunn of East Taunton and Marc D. Dunn and his fiancé Lisa Esten of Fairhaven, grandson of David Dunn of New Hampton, NH.
Corey was a 2008 graduate of Taunton High School.
He was employed by James Long Electrical Contractors of Westport. Corey enjoyed skiing, fishing, bowling, listening to music and playing his drums.
Besides his loving parents he is survived by his aunts and uncles, Laurie Fernandes of East Taunton, Susan Michaels of York, ME, Joy Berube of New Hampton, NH,
James Lawrence Jr. of Taunton, Ralph Lawrence of So. Weymouth, Raymond Lawrence of Douglas, MA, Kevin Lawrence of Abington, Richard Hammerschmidt Jr. of Taunton, Janet Dunn of Fall River, and Marcia Gibbs of New Bedford.
Corey is also survived by many loving cousins. He was also the grandson of the late Kathleen Dunn, James Lawrence, and the late Jean Lawrence- Hammerschmidt, as well as his late aunt Kelly Rosa of Dartmouth.
Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2017 from 2 to 5 pm with a funeral service to begin at 5 pm in the Silva Funeral Home 80 Broadway (at Saint Mary’s Square) Taunton.
(additional parking with full handicap access is located on the north side of the funeral home).
His burial will be held privately.
