FALL RIVER… Theresa I. (Lajoie) Paradise, 93, of Fall River passed away Saturday, October 14, 2017 at Rhode Island Hospital.
She was the widow of Raymond Paradise. She was born in Fall River a daughter of the late Antonio and Emelie (Lavioe) Lajoie and had been a lifelong resident of Fall River.
Mrs. Paradise was employed by Shelburne Shirt as a machine operator. Retiring after 20 years. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include a son Raymond Paradise, Jr and daughter Suzanne McNerney both of Fall River, 2 grandchildren: Michael McNerney and Haley Moniz both of Fall River, a great granddaughter Dakota Moniz, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Thursday, October 19, 2017 at 9AM From the SOUTH COAST FUNERAL HOME, 1555 Pleasant Street, Fall River, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM at St. Bernadette’s Church, 529 Eastern Avenue, Fall River. Interment will be in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 5 - 8 PM.
