Born to Frank & Louise (Supin) Lapinski on 12/27/1923. Preceded in death by husband Carl; grandson James Moris; siblings Sophie Krueger, Florence Musch, Joe Lapinski, Bernice Smith, Joan Emerson and spouses. Survived by daughters Nancy (Ralph) Moris & Patty (Fred) Burr; grandsons Jerry (Jennifer), Jason & Justin Moris, Nickey & Derick Burr; great grandchildren Alyssa, Nathan & Kendra Moris; nieces, nephews and friends. Frances was an active member of NARVRE. She was active in many local card clubs and loved her trips to the casinos. Funeral Service at 4:00PM Tuesday (10/17) at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME 2593 7th Ave E., North St. Paul, MN. Visitation starting at 2:30. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery on Wed. (10/18) at 11:35AM. In Lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to American Heart Association or National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).
