She is survived by her daughter Terri Quirk, son Allen Council, grandchildren Kiefer Quirk, DeAndra Quirk, Alyssa Council, Niki Ebersole, and Ryan Council.
Also survived by her brother Kenneth Miller and wife Janet, sister Marilyn Atherton and husband Roger, sister Judy McCarthy, and brother in law Harold Council and wife Jean.
Loved by many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by husband Glen Council, mother Mildred Britton, father Kenneth Miller, son in law Shawn Quirk, and brother in Law Nick McCarthy.
