Deborah Wiggins, 61, of Ashburn passed away Thursday, August 24, 2017 at her residence.
Born in Cordele to the late James Nelson Thomas and Betty Jo Thomas, she was a member of the Baptist faith. Deborah was a master cosmetologist and was the owner and operator of Razor's Edge. She enjoyed reading, visiting the beach and cheering for her beloved Atlanta Braves. She was a loving daughter, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her mother, Betty Jo Thomas of Cordele; daughters, Layla Mitchell of Ashburn, Lanay Burdett of Ashburn and Lace Burdett of Jacksonville, Florida; siblings, Carlotta Carr of Dunedin, Florida, Jimmy (Lou) Thomas of Cordele, Malinda (Paul) Williams of Villa Rica, Joe (Kathy) Thomas of Ft. Valley and Mike (Sherry) Thomas of Douglas; grandchildren, Jemiah Johnson, Brent Madison and Khloe Farmer. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Wiggins. Graveside memorial services will be held Saturday, August 26, 2017 at 6:00 PM in Snowridge Cemetery. | ||||
