Porazzo, Eileen A. (Bates) of Dedham, aged 91, died peacefully on August 19, 2017 at home at her daughters in Attleboro, MA after a brief struggle with pneumonia. Eileen was born January 23, 1927in Boston Ma the daughter of the late William and Mary C. Bates.
Eileen thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside on her porch reading or just talking with people passing by. She also enjoyed her time surrounded by her family and friends.
Eileen was a member of the Saint Mary’s Sodality in prior years.
Eileen is survived by her late husband Francisco Porazzo, sons; late Richard Porazzo, Frank Porazzo of Dedham, Kenneth and wife Lorraine Porazzo of Bellingham, and daughter Kathleen and husband Paul McLeish of Attleboro. Eileen is also, survived by six grandchildren Kenneth, Anthony, Nicholas, Kristina, Rachel, and Nicole with also the blessing of eleven beautiful great grandchildren.
There will be a private service at George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High Street, Dedham. Also following a private graveside service for immediate family.
