Geraldine M. (Lake) DeCosta, 81, of Dartmouth died Monday, July 24, 2017 at St. Anne's Hospital. She was the wife of Donald W. DeCosta, they were married in 1953.
Born in Fall River, daughter of the late William J. and Mary Jane (Balenger) Lake, she had lived in Dartmouth for most of her life. She was a realtor for many years prior to retirement. Mrs. DeCosta loved spending time with her family.
Including her husband, survivors include a son: Michael A. DeCosta and his wife Joann Sullivan DeCosta of Dartmouth; a daughter: Michelle L. Gagne of Dartmouth; 3 grandchildren: Hannah, Paige and Ashley; and several nieces and nephews.
She was mother of the late Donna Lee Mattos.
Private arrangements will be held at the convenience of the family.
