Marilyn (Clark) Fitzgerald age 87, passed away peacefully after a short illness on July 3rd 2017.
She was the beloved wife of the late Robert Fitzgerald for 62 years.
She was the loving mother of Andrea Evans of Winter Park, Florida, Susan and her husband William Cotter of Canton, Robert Fitzgerald Jr. of Waltham, Clark Fitzgerald and his wife Andrea of Bridgewater and Barbara and her husband Joseph C. Sullivan of Braintree.
Loving grandmother of Brian Cotter, Stacy Bottary, Ansley Evans, Justin Whitney Evans, Clark Fitzgerald, Lee Ann Fitzgerald, Molly Sullivan, Patrick Sullivan and four great grandchildren.
Marilyn was born and raised in Quincy and resided in Avon, Plymouth and Milton.
Marilyn found genuine enjoyment in antiquing, knitting, painting and traveling with Bob to Bonita Springs, Florida and Martha’s Vineyard.
Her time spent with family particularly over the holidays were precious times to her. She will be forever missed and remembered.
Visiting hours from 4 to 8 PM with a prayer service at 7:30 at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home in Milton will be held on Tuesday July 11th.
Burial will be private.
