Diana F Hladick, age 87, of Natick, passed away peacefully on Monday morning June 12, 2017 after a brief illness
Born in 1930 in Sudbury MA to Sebastiano and Lucy (Mercury) Casella of Sicily.
Married to Martin P (Martsie) Hladick on Sept 14th, 1952 who passed away on Jan 8th, 1990
Diana was raised in Saxonville MA as one of 10. She was a hairdresser for many years, a cocktail waitress in her earlier years. Later on she also worked at Dennison Manufacturing in Framingham, and Fanon’s Liquors in Natick.
Her hobbies included crossword puzzles, watching soap operas and knitting afghans. She loved going to the beach and spending time with her family.
Diana was the loving mother of Paul M. Hladick of Scottsdale AZ, Martin S. (Budd) Hladick and his wife Patricia of Bellingham, Jeffrey J. Hladick and his wife Cheryl of Medway, Grandmother of Brian Hladick, currently of Scottsdale AZ, Sara Penney (Hladick) and her husband Chris of Scottsdale AZ, Michael Hladick of Bellingham MA, Robyn Claffey (Hladick) and her husband Mark of Bellingham MA, Rebecca Hladick of Bellingham MA, Timothy Hladick of Medway MA, Great Grandmother of Dylan Hladick of Scottsdale AZ, Taegan Claffey of Bellingham MA, Lucas Penney of Scottsdale AZ.
She was predeceased by brothers Jimmy, Bobby and Freddie and sisters Gilda, Rosa and Olga.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Tuesday, June 20 at 12:30 P.M. in the John Everett and Sons Funeral Home 4 Park Street, at Natick Common. Burial in St Patrick Cemetery.
Visitation on Tuesday morning beginning at 11:00 A.M. prior to the service.
