Mary (Trohubliak) Manock of Andover, passed away at the Academy Manor Nursing Center in Andover on Sunday afternoon, April 16, 2017. She was 89 years old.
Born in Ethelbert, Manitoba, she was the beloved daughter of the late Peter and Nellie (Hawrysh) Trohubliak.
She enjoyed gardening, taking care of her adored animals, and helping anyone who was in need. She came from a rough upbringing, but still managed to be so full of life that she made you smile and laugh when you were ever in her presence. Her heart was one of rarest kind, full of love and loyalty for her family. She always put herself last to give the best to her loved ones no matter what the cost. She was a woman who would have given you the shirt off her back and then gave you money for food, that’s the type of woman she was. Her spirit was so full of energy and spunk (often called a spit fire) you could not ignore it and in fact it was contagious. She was a bold a charismatic woman who devoted her life for her family and her love and spirit will be missed dearly by all who knew her.
Mary was the mother of Cindy Blankenship of Dracut and the late Michael Blankenship. She was also the grandmother of Melissa O'Brien of West Lebanon, NH and her dear great grandchildren Faith Merrill and Christian O’Brien.
Her funeral service will be celebrated in the Burke-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 390 North Main Street, Andover on Friday, April 21, 2017, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are most welcome to attend. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, April 20, 2017, from 4 to 8 PM.
