My thoughts are with Patti’s family and friends at this very sad time. I had the pleasure of working with Patti for many years at Community VNA in the Rehab Dept. She shared many photos of her children and grandchildren. She was a warm, kind woman who was hard working and always was helpful to the Rehab Dept Team and others. She made a difference by her caring ways. I will always remember Patti and the happy moments we shared. Gone too early but she will be remembered by many forever lovingly. I wish Patti’s family peace as they adapt to life without her. She’s forever in our hearts.
