I wanted to say how sorry i am to hear about Tommy's passing, our family's heart breaks for you guys. My dad grew up in Winneccunnet side of town as did Tommy. I asked my dad the fondest memory he had of Tommy and he said that when he was working at Station 4 (NFD) he would make sure he had his baseball glove in his truck so that whenever he was there Tommy would come down to the station while my dad was working and play catch for hours out front. Several years ago, Tom agreed to be my law enforcement guru as I wrote my mystery series. We met at the station, or he would answer my email questions without delay. He was even toying with the idea of writing his own thriller at some point. I will truly miss his gentle demeanor and willingness to share his knowledge. Rest in peace, Tom.
