I remember the first time I met Jim the first day he started with the company. Such a quiet, soft spoken person. Over the years we worked together and I was thankful to get to know Jim as a colleague and friend. He will be truly missed. Sending condolences to the entire McFaun family. You are all in my thoughts and prayers at this time.

My condolences to Cheryl and the McFaun family. I had the pleasure of working with Jim at Comcast. I considered him more of a friend than a boss. The last time we talked on the phone it was more than a 3 hour conversation about family and past work experiences. Jim, you will be truly missed.

Cheryl, So very sorry to hear of Jim's death. I can only imagine how difficult this is for you and your children. Jim was such a nice guy and I enjoyed reading his posts that were informative and positive. He was so inspiring and brave. Wishing you and your family peace. Beth Coyne effectv, (Comcast Spotlight)

Heartfelt and sincere condolences to the family at this time. I only knew Jim for a short time as a co-worker at Comcast, but he left an impression with his genuine demeanor and earned my respect as a peer in our organization. Great guy and nothing but fond memories for those he interacted with.

Jim was a wonderful husband and father. He was an integral part of our family and will be terribly missed. He was the most courageous warrior in his battle with cancer. He never gave up and was a true inspiration. He left a wonderful legacy for his family

I was fortunate enough to work for and with Jim during our tenure at Comcast Spotlight. He was an incredibly good technician and manager. What really distinguished him was his humor and kindness. I broke the news of Jim's passing to my company. This is typical of the reaction I have received. "I heard about Jim. You are in my thoughts along with his family. I didn’t know Jim well but he was always so kind, funny and helpful. Life doesn’t make sense but we have to believe he is at peace and accomplished all he was set out to here on earth." I know that my life was made better for knowing him. I miss him terribly. My thoughts are with his family.

Dear Cheryl, I used to work with Jim at Comcast in the Quincy office. He was such a nice guy who was always so helpful!! Unfortunately we learned we had more in common as my dad passed too from glioblastoma several years ago. I wanted to send my deepest condolences to you and your family as I know how much you will miss him. Best, Susan Perry

My heartfelt condolences to Cheryl, Christopher, Alex, Julia and the entire family, friends and loved ones who had the honor and the pleasure to know Jim as I did. Jim and I worked closely at Comcast for several years before Jim fell ill. Jim was always a quiet, thoughtful, and very dedicated to his work and passion. His presence will be deeply missed. Cheryl, may God give you and the children the strength to carry on without Jim just as he would have liked it very much. Best Regards, Anil Bhojwani
