Terri was one of the loveliest people I have ever met. She was so kind and loving. Where most people shied away from my daughter with cerebral palsy, Terry embraced her, literally. She would hug my daughter, stroke her hair and face, kiss her, hold her hand and talk to her, even though my daughter can't speak back to her. My daughter knew how genuine and loving she was. She bought her balloons that gave my daughter great pleasure. She always had something nice to say and offered support with words and prayer. She was hard-working and loved her family and God. She has left a huge void at Shaws. I can't imagine the loss that you are all feeling and I am so sorry. May you find some comfort in the fact that she is free of pain and being held in the arms of her Lord and Savior that she so loved. Love to you all.

I just wanted Terri family how much I am going to miss our weekly phone calls. I have been calling on her for 17 years at Maine Oxy we are the helium supplier for Shaw's. I always looked forward to talking to her and getting my joke of the week from her. I sadly sorry I never meet her in person, My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

It is with a heavy heart that I write this message to Terri's family. For the past thirty+ years that I can recall, every time there was an occasion that warranted the need for flowers, my wife and I always went to Shaw's in Sharon, to seek out Terri's expertise and advice. Terri always added her own personal touch to whichever floral arrangement we needed. Over many years, we became friends and exchanged stories of our respective families. Going to see Terri was like being with family, and when there was a special occasion or holiday coming up, we would always give each other a hug. Over the years Terri helped us with birthdays, anniversaries, bridal showers, special occasions, our kids' proms - you name it, and Terri was there for us. Terri had a fantastic sense of humor and we would exchange jokes all the time. Terri was also well versed in politics. We would often talk about the "state of the world', and put our own spin on it. Today, as I sought out Terri to assist me with picking out a Valentine's Day floral arrangement for my wife, I was absolutely dumbfounded to hear the news of her passing from one of the store employees. So, to Terri's family, may I say that, even though my family and I are very much saddened by Terri's passing, we are much richer for having been friends for all these years. God bless.

Hi. I am a long time resident of Sharon and I had the pleasure of seeing Terri with her flowers often over the years. Always a kind and lovely woman...a true gem and she made everything better just being herself. I happened to go into Shaws today and saw the notice to the employees as I was using the facilities upstairs in their employee lounge area. I spoke with one of the managers and he was so very fond of Terri and feels her loss greatly. I posted one our town facebook page that Terri had passed...knowing that there are so many in our community who would miss her. Terri was truly a gentle and well loved woman. Terri was awesome, I am greatly saddened to hear of her passing. She help me out over the years with flowers and a kind word.Id walk in and say, " boy am I stupid, forgot my anniversary again ". She'd say, "your not stupid, just forgetful." She will be greatly missed.

Today I learned of Terri's passing. I noticed she was not at Shaws that last few weeks and I meant to ask about her but never did. I always looked forward to chatting with her even when I wasn't buying flowers. She had such a positive attitude I know she will be missed by all of us who frequent Shaws and bought balloons and flowers from her. To her family, you may never know how many people your wife and mother touched in a very special way. She was magical and special!! I am so sad - I wish I could see her one more time just to tell her how special she was to me.

I didn't know Terri real personally but shopped at that Shaws for 25 years, and my son also worked there all through high school and after. We are so very sorry for your loss. Terri was always so sweet and helpful to us and our community. On many occasions, she created beautiful corsages, boutonnieres and bouquets. Recently, she helped we with the boutonnieres for our daughter's wedding - as well as the rose pedal for the flower grandmothers. OMG - we are so sad to hear this news.

I was devastated to learn today that Terri passed away. I still don't want to accept it. She was always quick with a greeting and a smile. I sought her out whenever I needed floral advice and a word of encouragement. Over the years she got to know all her customers and we all became friends with Terri. She was proud of all her children: I heard about her son running for office, about her daughter having her wisdom teeth out and how great the oral surgeon was. Terri was always concerned about what was happening in your life. She always had a kind word. I know every time I go into Shaw's now it won't be the same without Terri there, and I will give a nod and a smile towards 'Floral' where she was always a fixture. She is sorely missed. My condolences to the whole family.

I just heard of Terri's passing. My sincere condolences to all her family. I lived in Canton, and Terri and I worked together in Stoughton when we were teenagers. She was a good friend and a wonderful person.
