To all of the Thomae family I offer my deepest sympathy. To say that Charlie was a great man is an understatement. He truly gave it all to his home Town of Norton and the Norton Fire Dept. I have such fond memories of all the years we worked together at the NFD and the many projects from building the second floor at the Chartley Station to teaching for me at our recruit classes. Such an honor to have had you as a friend. I will never forget you and I remember you often.
