I am in deep shock learning about Mike - he was one in a million. I worked in the same organization as Mike for several years until I moved to a different organization. I can remember Mike with a smile on his face at all times and so kind and pleasant to everyone he spoke with. My deepest condolences to his entire family. God Bless you Mike - you will never be forgotten!

To Mike's family, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your loved one. I know that this is a difficult and painful time for everyone in your family, and my heart goes out to you. I just wanted to take a moment to let you know that you will be all in my thoughts during this difficult time. Mike was a valued member of our team, and I will always remember his calm and open-minded approach to work. He was always a pleasure to work with. I will miss his cat occasional showing up on zoom during our team meetings! Sincerely, Francois

To the entire McCarthy family... I am SO sorry to hear about Mike's passing. Though it's been some time, I'm SURE the Mike I remember is the person he always was: caring, friendly, kind, funny, a great husband and dad... basically the person everyone wanted to be friends with. The world would be a much better place if more of us could 'Be Like Mike.' I hope your wonderful memories help you get through this difficult time. Sending all of you hugs, love and positive energy from Florida. <3

My deepest condolences to Mike’s family. It saddens me to hear about Mike’s passing. I had the pleasure to work him some years back and last time I spoke with him was last Oct. He always showed an exuberant attitude of friendliness and smile on his face. He will be greatly missed. Praying for God’s comfort, peace, and strength during this difficult time for his entire family.

So sorry to hear about your loss. I had the privilege of working with Mike at Dell. He was very well respected, always calm, and a great colleague to work with. May his soul rest in peace.

I was a coworker of Mike's for a number of years. I will never forget the story he shared with me about the updates he made to his backyard in advance of daughter's wedding and how he immediately tested the new patio by drinking a beer. He also shared his joy of visiting his son in southern Cal. Mike was a special human being and I, along with the rest of the world will miss his gentle soul.

Mike and I have worked together at EMC / Dell in the same teams for over 10 years now. His untimely demise comes as an absolute shock to most of my co-workers and me. Mike was always the voice of reason and the calming influence in our teams. Whenever we went off track or got into an argument, he was the one who disarmed the situation with his calm demeanor. He was the ultimate team player - every time we organized a team activity, it was Mike who was the constant presence. He was the one person in the team who newcomers and old timers felt extremely comfortable with. Mike's sense of humor, his ever present smile and friendliness with everyone he met will be sorely missed. Our Dell team is devastated by his loss but I am sure his family is feeling it even more ! Our deepest condolences are with you in this hour of need.

To McCarthy family, I'm deeply sorry to hear the news about Mike's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I wish you all courage and peace during this time of mourning. Mike was an integral part of our team, I'll remember Mike for his openness at work. Mike will be missed terribly! My personal connection with Mike was his love for cats, and how George paid us a visit during our team meetings. I would like to express my sincere condolences to the family.

My deepest condolence goes to the McCarthy family. Michael and I worked together in two companies. Michael was a true gentleman, the most kind and caring person I knew. When we jogged together, he always waited for me to catch up. Michael is a family man, he always mentioned his family members by names with pride. He was the one whom everyone wanted to be friend with. I will miss him dearly!

So deeply sorry for your loss. We did not know Mike, but we know of his passing from my brother Mark and Linda. Mike sure sounded like an amazing husband and father and I can only imagine the void in your hearts. May you all find comfort in the memories you have of this devoted family man. Rest in peace Mike.
