To the whole Towle Family I am so sorry for you loss. Dick was an amazing friend. He help me meet my wife, Elizabeth at an Operation Lifesaver Conference in Saco back in 2011. He taught me how to become a better police/fire trainer. He was always there to listen and give great advise. He made a lot of our lives better. It is an honor to call him a friend and colleague. It was an honor when he asked me to play bagpipes for him when he asked and for his brother when he passed. And like many railroad enthusiasts, we had our model trains to talk about too. From one one retired cop to another, Rest in Peace Brother, we have it from here. Tom and Elizabeth

Dick was a great neighbor and friend and a beloved member of the entire Cannon Forge community. He loved his family and friends more than anything in the world and his dedication to his wife Diane was truly inspiring. Although Dick will be truly missed, he will remain in our hearts forever. Rick, Melanie, Tim, and Anna, we send you our sincere condolences and hope that your wonderful memories give you comfort during this difficult time. Fondly, Dale and Audrey Paccione
