I have missed seeing Chico at the Mansfield Housing Authority since his, and now my, retirement. He was definitely one of a kind and it was a joy to see him walk into the building towards my office. I enjoyed his stories and his wit. Cecelia, you have my sincere condolences. May the many memories and humorous adventures of Chico console you and bring you peace as you move forward. I am so very sorry for your loss.

My sincere condolences to the entire family on the loss of Chico. The man, the legend! If you grew up in Mansfield in the 60’s and 70’s you saw his presence and impact. Thinking of all of you in this difficult time of loss. I will always remember his commitment to the town.
