CONDOLENCES (GuestBook)

Roger and I are stunned with Joan's passing as we are mourning Jack's. Joan was a caring, sincere and always cheerful woman who was interested in knowing "how are you?" If one asked her that question, you got a "I'm fine"...even when it was obvious she wasn't. I remember her love of orchids, her Byers figures at Christmas and her deep affection for her grandchildren. Her and Jack's marriage was a mutual admiration venture and they are still together. Sincerely, Karen

I’m so sorry for your loss. Joan and I went to Boston Teacher’s College together and I will always remember her fondly. We remained friends through the years and I always enjoyed getting together with Joan and our group of friends when I was visiting Boston.

Dear Eileen and Mark and families...Please accept our most heartfelt sympathy on the passing of your dear mother. This grief, following on the heels of your Dad's recent passing, is almost unimaginable. We feel so sad, but know that you are comforted by faith, family and friends. Be assured of our thoughts and prayers for you during this very difficult time. Love from the MacDonald New Brunswick Relatives...

You have my deepest sympathy. Joan was so kind to my mother Rose. It was comforting to know she had such a good friend living upstairs. Joan often shared stories of her grandchildren. They were obviously very special to her. I know my mother greeted her in heaven. I will remember your family in my prayers. Sincerely, Christine Twombly
