My Condolences to the Saba family. Mark was a member of The Resource Group, which he will be sourly missed. It was always a delight to list to Mark’s stories of his adventures in real estate law. So comical and such a joy to listen to. We’ll miss him.

So sorry to hear about Mark’s passing. He has been my attorney for over 10 years and he bought/sell a few condos for me in Boston. Great guy and will be greatly missed.

Dearest Chris and Saba Family, Words can not describe how I feel... I just found this out yesterday, Thursday February 6th from another attorney friend about this very sad news... I am a Realtor as you know since we have worked together for so many years. Mark was actually the second real estate attorney I got to work with on my 2nd real estate transaction representing two lovely buyers, a couple on their first home purchase. That was almost 16 years ago... Mark was great, day and night compared to my first real estate transaction attorney that I worked with. Mark showed me that there are great attorneys out there or at least one. Mark will fight hard for your clients when it comes to negotiating on their best interest. Mark showed me that no matter what, in the legal part of the real estate transaction my clients are covered. We went through so many interesting transactions together. He got it done, we laughed about things and joked about past deals... He was one of the hardest working attorney out there... I don’t know how he did it. I know he got his massage every weekend and he needed it after all the driving and dealing with crazy people. I joked with him sometimes that maybe he needed his brain massage too. On top of our real part of business together, he was a great friend, the attorney friend I always call when I have legal questions, even when it had nothing to do with real estate. He always called me back or answered my call and tried to help the best he could. I know his ring tone on his cell very well when you call, his greeting message... It is really sad for me to not be able to call him anymore...I called him, yesterday, left him a voicemail and also maybe last time I will get to hear his voice. He said he will call you back in his greeting... I wish he could or would... I am so so sad... My condolences to you and your family... Big hugs and hang in there. I don’t know what Mark is thinking right now... Probably rolling his eyes abd smile... I miss his sense of humor... He will be missed so much.... Best wishes, Amy Henderson
