I only knew Matthew for a short time, I also practice at Lotus Studios, but during the time we spent time working out together I truly enjoyed him, he was very down to earth, humble, a true gentleman. My most sincere condolences to his parentes, I know he was loved by all who knew him. R.I.P Matthew.

We knew Matthew before he was born. We'll never forget the joy and love he brought not only to Karen and Josh, but to all who knew him. It was a privilege to watch him grow into a fine and productive young man, and a great skier, who was taken from us far too soon. We'll miss him, but he will never be forgotten by any of those who knew him.

Karen and Josh, our hearts are broken for the loss of Matthew and for the unimaginable pain you both must endure. Matthew grew into a fine young man. Polite, respectful and a pleasure to be in his company. Know that all of the Borah family grieves with you and we are here for you to do what ever you may need from us.

Karen and Josh - My fondest memory of Matt is his first swim in our swimming pool at the Castonguay Family Reunion. The red bathing suit with its own inner tube! The joy on his face toddling to the pool, the joy on your face watching him and guiding him there safely and the joy on Mikki and Hank's faces taking you all in. Then there is the banter between you across the table on the patio just a few years ago - all of us had aged, but the feelings were the same - Matt excited to start a new milestone in his life, you both happy for him and cautious at the same time - oh the smiles, laughter and love. There were tender arms that caught him on the other side and he is making them smile. I love you guys.

I cant begin to understand your unimaginable loss. God works in mysterious ways. There is no reasonable explanation or understanding as to how such a special person as Matthew is taken from us. Please know, I will always be grateful for the genuine friendship Matthew shared with our Son Kyle. He was truly a good guy. The two of you made and raised a good kid. Please accept my sincerest condolences for your loss. Love, Joe Frisolone

Karen and Josh, It was my privilege to know Matthew from before day 1. I have never known a child who was more loved and cared for. Every interaction with him started with a broad smile on his part and I looked forward to that smile. I watched him grow from a child to a confident and kind man. I already miss him and my heart breaks for you. He was clearly beloved by many and I hope this fact will help sustain you. Loving thoughts.....
