I would like to send my sincerest condolences to Joanne's family and friends. I worked with Joanne for 30 years through many fun times and sometimes tough shows at Great Woods. We also teamed up on the road at many other venues with Margo. I can honestly say she was always a trooper and a delight. I was quite shocked to hear of her passing but want her extended family to know she will always bring a laugh and a warm thought to all who knew her.

I was so sorry to learn of Joanne's passing. I remember her as a colleague at Xfinity Center for twenty years while I was there. I always looked forward to seeing her the other box office ladies and chatting with he during the summner concert season. I also remember her usher a few shows at The Colonial Theater in Boston. She was so nervous, but it was good to see her familiar face when Helen and Ed brought her along. She will be missed.
