Gerry was an exceptional, Husband, Dad, and Papa to his family. Words are difficult to reflect on how personable and caring he was to friends and family alway being there when needed. His love for Charlotte, his dedicated wife of over 50 years, is a story of Love and togetherness that made them so special. They were always together and supported each other in all they did, whether canning the fruits of their exceptional garden or making wine in October. Charl and Gerry were always a team and shared their bounty with friends and family. As devoted Catholics, Gerry and Charlotte worked tirelessly in serving St. Anthony’s Church and their parishioners who needed assistance during the holidays, spending countless hours soliciting donations and preparing and delivering holiday baskets to those less fortunate. Gerry was an exceptional man to be emulated by all who knew him. He will be missed. Rest In Peace Gennaro.

Charlotte: Sorry to learn of Gerry’s passing. My sympathies, condolences, and prayers to you and your family. Gerry was among the kindest, gentleness, and thoughtful parishioners of St. Anthony of Padua parish. To observe the two of you at Mass was always an inspiration. Thank you for all you do at St. Anthony. Blessings.

So very sorry to hear of his passing. Every time I spoke with home I felt warmth, friendship and sincerity. A genuine caring person. He certainly was a true testament of the word, “respect.” A great husband, father, father in law and grandfather.....all were better to have him in their lives, yet all will miss him.
