Smitty & Kay were about as close as we could get to a 2nd set of parents. Too many great times with Smitty to put here, so, here are some random memories. Him working under my car, wrench in hand, up to his elbows in grease and Kay yelling "where is he we are late for church"? Shooting hoops in front of the house and out comes Smitty sneakers in hand... it was on !!! Not sleeping one night (or was it 2) because he thought he could kill that damn skunk. Running into Mary during a vollyball game crushing her to the ground, OUCH. Grilling IN his garage on Memorial day because it was raining out. Him coming back from "Wolfie's" blueberry pies in hand, big grin on his face. Reminding us all each summer "there are no better clams than right here on the Cape". Discussing with Dave for an hour the best way to do a job, then doing it in ten minutes, and both taking credit for being right. I think we are all made up of little pieces of the people we meet in life, I hope I have a bunch of Smitty pieces. Love to all of the family, Paul (and Mary)
