Rose was always dresses to the nines! Everywhere she went people complimented the way she looked. She would always strike up conversations with strangers and met people everywhere she went. Debbie and Kim were her guiding light and she loved them immensely! I hope she is now at peace and i know god will watch over This special lady!

Debbie, Denise and family, I am so very sorry for the loss of your mom. Growing up with Dianne as my best friend, your mom was like a second mother to me. My many fond memories include summer days in the backyard swimming, breezeway chats and conversations with tea at the cozy kitchen table. We had so many laughs and loving moments together ? To this day, I still remember going to the store for her on occasion and 1 day in oarticular. She had several items she needed, so Dianne and I made up a song to remember them...milk, bread, a package of Parliaments, a small bag of potato chips and make it Cains! I remember every word to this day, because we sang it all the way to the store. We were probably about 14 or 15. Your mom was a wonderful, giving woman loved by all. I hope you find some comfort in knowing she is finally free of pain. May she rest in peace forever with your loving Dad and cherished sister Dianne. My deepest sympathy and love, Christine Doyle Brady

Debbie, Denise and family, I am so very sorry for the loss of your mom. Growing up as Dianne's best friend, she was like a second mom to me. My fondest memories include being in your back yard, playing and swimming in the pool, with your mom always there soaking up the sun, along with many chats on the breezeway and tea and laughs at the cozy kitchen table. One day, when Dianne and I were about 14 or 15, your mom needed a few things at the store. We had gone to the store many times before, but this time she needed more than 1 or 2 things. Dianne and I made up a song to remember the items... milk, bread, a package of Parliaments, a small bag of potato chips and make it Cains. 47 years ago, but I remember it like it was yesterday because we sang it all the way to the store and back. She was a fun, loving and giving woman, loved by everyone who knew her. My hopes are that you can all be comforted, knowing her pain has ceased. May she rest in peace with your loving Dad and cherished sister, Dianne. My deepest sympathy and love. Christine (Doyle) Brady

Debbie, Denise, and family, I am heartbroken for all of you. Your mom was a huge part of my life and such an inspiration. I’m so fortunate to have grown up on Cottage St and with that I have so many cherished memories of your mom that I will hold dear for the rest of my life. I will always remember swimming in your pool and how your mom loved to sit in the sun. How can I ever forget our arts and crafts nights that we referred to as our “farts and crap” nights. I didn’t take part in too many of the pj parties, but I still have fond memories of one or two. I was always excited when my mom would make Pizzagaina with your mom at Easter because it meant we had it at our house and it was sooooooooo good!! We’d sit in your breezeway on warm nights and share in conversation over a cup of tea. This is all called friendship. We shared tea s and laughter. I pray that my shared memories of her will bring you some comfort and smiles. She will remain in my heart forever as I know she will remain in yours. My deepest sympathy, prayers, and love to all of you. With lots of love, Dorrie

Dear Asmara family I grew up 3 houses from the Asmara home on Calhoun Avenue. I remember the family well especially the beautiful smile that your mamma always had! Your papa a very slender man and his garden! I think of John many times, and wondered how life treated him? Rose was very quiet back then, but always had kind words! May she Rest In Peace! Debbie and Family, My mom (Rosemary) lived at Artis during the same time as Rosemarie. I always enjoyed seeing and talking to her. Even though I only knew her for a short time it was clear what an amazing and fun woman she was. She lit up the room. I am so sorry for your huge loss. I hope you can find comfort in all of your memories and the knowledge of how dedicated you were to her and how much she clearly loved you. Kim Ciampa
