I'm very sorry for your loss and we have the entire Balian family in our hearts and minds. While I never had the opportunity to meet Dave, i've been lucky enough to work with his son for years. I assume that Dave must be a chip off the old block because he is a caring, high-integrity, and thoughtful person. Dave was clearly a fantastic father and genuinely great person.

So sorry to hear of this loss. Great guy, great family. I was very fortunate to be able to get to know Dave and coach Dave Jr an excellent player for Malden Catholic Baseball in 2000s and then get to know his brother and nephews of Lynnfield Baseball in the past couple of years. Condolences to all.

To the Balian family, Dave was one of a kind I've know him since I was a kid living in Medford only a few houses apart. Always had a smile and a joke or a kind word to lift someone's spirits! He was like a brother to me, he loved life to the fullest, it goes without saying he'll be missed immensely! My prayers and condolences are with you all!

Dear Balian Family, We are deeply saddened to hear of Dave’s passing. A genuine guy, a gentleman, and someone who definitely made an impression on you the minute you met him. Dave was always rooting for the kids at the games at the park, cheerful and happy. He was so appreciated by so many who knew Dave around Medford and Malden and I am sure wherever he went RIP

Hi Ree Bob and I are so sorry for all the kids you have recently experienced. Your mom and dad were kind and wonderful people. I remember Dave from trips to the cottage as being a fun, outgoing guy, who loved his boys. This has been a brutal year made worse by loss if friends and family. I know you will get through this with lots of love and support. The Linda's both say you are extraordinarily strong and tirelessly cared for your parents. We wish you peace in the new year.

So my last couple weeks have been upside down. Speaking of that this Dave guy. Where did he come from. Everytime with him you had a blast. He was the PARTY ! I often said he should have been a star in Hollowood. So crazy we texted n exchanged voicemails on xmass eve. He blessed & sent love to my family.
