I never knew Billy, but I know one of his daughters. They say children are the product of those that raised them. They become their parents as they grew older. By knowing his daughter I can say Billy was a great man. I wish I had met him.

Billy was a happy guy. Everywhere he went he brought smiles and laughter. It was always a pleasure to be with him. It was an extreme pleasure for me to have known him. I extend my deepest condolences to his entire family,especially those I know, Steve,Nicole,Devin and Lorenz. Rest in peace Billy.
