I am really saddened to hear of Liz’s passing. Originally I had been a Fitness Unlimited member with her and then got to know her when she did my hair. I admired her energy and love of fitness. I have yet to meet such a fierce competitor. I will never forget when she came with me to beach bootcamp and literally left everyone in the dust running down the beach. I am going to think of her amazing spirit during my workouts. May she Rest In Peace and inspire all of us to live our best lives. Condolences to Oran and all of the family.
