Patty’s smile in this picture brings back so many joyful moments. I first met Patty and her parents when she transitioned to her new day habilitation program. I’m remembering great talks with Patty and her parents . Patty’s passing is such a loss for her family and friends I hope that you are remembering how you were there for Patty of her journey….and what tremendous and proactive advocates for Patty her family - especially her parents were.
