I worked with Tom for the past year. I'm grateful for every interaction we had. He made myself and my coworkers feel important, smart, valued in a way no other boss every really has. He was sharp and pushed us all hard to work smarter and think bigger. At the same time he was a deep well of empathy and compassion they made us all feel safe and protected. I will miss Tom dearly.
