Noreen, I am just heartbroken at Frank's passing. He was a wonderful human being and a fantastic priest. It was a comfort just knowing he was in the world now he will guide us from heaven. Love never dies, Noreen. Remember also the tomb was empty. Frank will be held in the palm of God's hand forever. I can't come to the Mass but will livestream it. God bless and comfort you and the family.

Frank was such a wonderful human being and a terrific priest. I'll miss knowing he is in the world. I'm heartbroken for Noreen and the family. Love never dies however and Frank is in the palm of God's right now. He will look after all those that he loved. I will definitely join in the streamed Mass.

From all the Armstrongs and remembering all the good times on the Hill especially all those receptions with Gert, Catherine and Jo along with their dutiful daughters. God will have a special place for Frankie for his caring, love for his parish and the people that he loved so dearly. He may have been known for his business acumen, but his greatest joy was in being a "parish priest". Love to both Noreen and Jardie.

I wish I could put into words everything "Frankie" meant to us. He was our best friend, brother and of course our priest. He was always there for us...not only in the best of times but also in the worst of times. He may not be with us physically but will ALWAYS be with us in our minds and hearts. Thank you, Nelson's for sharing him with us. We truly feel blessed to have him in our lives.

I learned just recently of my cousin Frankie's passing. Many years ago I had a problem and he helped me without question. He was a kind and caring person and a real priest. I hope that Noreen and Gerard are as ok as you can be. I know how difficult it is. I ask them to feel free to contact me I would love to talk. Your cousin Jimmy forever.
