Dear Monica and all the family, Barb and I very much regret that we could not attend Chris's wake or funeral, but we want you to know how saddened we are by his passing. We have been fortunate over the 45 years we have been in this house to have had wonderful neighbors and Chris and the whole D'Arcy family certainly fit that description. Chris was a fine man and manifestly a good person - something which we're sure was of great importance to him. I had perhaps seen him once, since you moved off the block and had recently been wondering how he was doing. This news is certainly not what I had been hoping to hear. In his memory, we will be making a donation to the Holy Ghost Fathers, who I know were dear to his heart. Sincerely, Carl Corey
