Dear Helen, sorry to hear about your losses. Alesia was such a kind person and we still fondly remember her gentle interaction with Annina and later on also with Sarah. Also, how welcoming you were when we arrived in Boston and how Alesia went out of her way that very first day to call the police and several taxi services on our behalf to recuperate a lost teddy bear of Annina's - that was ultimately found.
