Dedham , Ma,
I am shocked and saddened with Susan’s death. Susan was a beautiful person inside and out, a great person to call a friend. Susan always had an ear to lend and a story to tell. She was the best. May she Rest In Peace, and may you all find comfort in knowing you were so loved, you were her pride and joy. I am so sorry for your loss .

West Roxbury , Ma,
I am so sorry to learn of Susan passing. Susan was a great hairdresser, and she was the kind of women you “felt you had known her all your life,” even if it was the first time you had met her. She was so kind and caring, a great listener, and her shop was always decorated so beautifully for the Holidays. We would have great talks about the 80’s the hair and makeup styles, and our son’s lives. My deepest condolences to the family. Peace of God. Susan Harzbecker May you Rest In Peace , Susan. My deepest condolences to The Cristaldi Family. Susan Harzbecker

Susan had such an irresistible good spirit that I was lifted up just hearing her recorded voice on the answering machine. Entering the hair salon was like visiting a spa, her positive energy was everywhere . . . and I was there to see Mike! She was the light of Cristaldi's. I think Joe Biden said it best: “there are moments . . . so heart-rending, that they’re forever fixed each of our hearts as shared grief...I can promise you from experience, the day will come when the memory of your loved one will bring a smile to your face before it brings a tear to your eyes. My prayer for all of you is that day will come sooner rather than late.

Most sincere condolences to the Cristaldi family. I knew Susan while her son attended Dexter School. She was always friendly and certainly wanted the very best for her son. I wish her family all the best at this sad time.

Dear Mike, Domenic ,Tina & family, You are in my thoughts and prayers. Susan was my hairdresser and an angel here on Earth. I enjoyed visiting her shop, I loved her seasonal decorations, taste in art, jewelry, magazines, make up and most important simply everything about Susan! She was a radiant woman, beautiful on the outside and pure heart on the inside. Her long dark hair, doe like brown eyes and exquisite sense for detail made her shine! She loved her son, Her husband and Tina. She loved talking about family, fashion, politics, faith & all of everyday life and was a bright, diplomatic lady at all times. I will miss her terribly and won’t forget her positive zest for life! She loved her family trip to visit Domenic and loved shopping and visiting Rodeo Drive. She loved visits to the beach for vacation with family, her flower garden, loved Tina’s cooking and loved all the support Tina was to her and her family. Most of all Susan loved her husband and adored her son she was so happy he was working in a field he loved. She was very proud of Domenic and kept his photo at one of her stations. Susan will always remain in our heart and minds. Thank you for sharing Susan with me. R.I.P. & love Susan with much love and sympathy, Terri, Joe, Katrina & aTimothy Heisler
