Colleen So sorry to hear of Mikes passing. My deepest sympathies for you. Mike was definitely one of a kind. So many memories of him. Both at work and outside of work. He fought quite a fight for many years without ever publicly letting people know exactly how much he was going through. Whenever we spoke he always had a positive outlook. He will be missed by all. He was very lucky to have such a loving wife for support with all he’s been through. Love you Mike Dave d

We are all so very sorry to hear this sad news. Mike was another Brother to Joe and I and I will be forever grateful to him for how he always helped our Parents. He always went out of his way to always be there for them. Mike was always there, mow the lawn, play my mothers numbers up at Todesca's, help set up for bocce parties, to sitting on the porch at 140. He never complained about anything. Love you Mike and tell my brother Joe in Heaven I said hi. Keep that Music playing there.

My Dad and I are so sorry to hear of your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort. I’ve had a lot of memories of “Uncle Mike”. He was such a great character and a happy soul. Will be greatly missed.

Colleen, Mike will be in my heart and on my mind forever as he always had a smile, a kind word, and a cold beer for me when we would cross paths. We all know his knickname was "Happy" for a very good reason. May God Bless him. You are in my prayers as is your entire family.

This was read at Michael's service by his niece Amy: Where do I start? Uncle Michael, Happy Holland, Godfather, Honey, MICHAEL!,Mickey, QB, Bro-bro, Brotha, Miguel Pichuto Egg. We are all here to honor this man of many names. Beloved by many and a friend to anyone and everyone he met. Everyone knows someone who would be the person to give you the shirt off his back, Uncle Mike was that guy, just he rarely had a shirt on. But he would find one for you anyways. Our family knows him as Uncle Mike. He was that crazy one in the family who was always up for something fun. Anything from volunteering to be buried up to his neck in the sand, patrolling South Beach as Katama 50, to skiing black diamonds with at least one Miller Lite tucked in his pocket. With that, we are concerned for the future of employees of Miller Lite Brewing Co. But you can't have Uncle Michael without Aunt Coleen, his "Honey" for 40 years. Together they had a lot of fun and many great adventures travelling all over the United States from Mission Hill to the Price is Right in California to the Kentucky Derby all the way to the Red Baron on Martha's Vineyard. The best was we hen they came home from Mardi Gras and Michael said, and I quote, "Those people drink too much!" Nine years ago Michael was diagnosed with scleroderma, which no one knew how to spell, much less pronounce, to look up what the heck that was. At that time he was given five years. He was unable walk. He was unable to speak. He was unable to eat or drink on his own. He was able to overcome ALL of that, especially talking, as anyone is his cell phone contact roulette would know. By the way Andy, A-M-Y is the contact right before A-N-D-Y. I got half your phone calls. In typical Michael fashion, he didn't listen to those doctors and enjoyed twice as much time as he was given. He was "Fine as Kind". And we are so grateful for the time we had. Everyone here has at least one Michael story, very likely many Michael stories. Think of him when you hear a country song, crack a beer, swim in the Atlantic on New Year's Day, eat a ho-ho, or see the red, white and blue. His sister Lynn shared with us that recently Michael learned not to say goodbye but instead to say "so long". So long Uncle Mike, we love you.

Uncle Michael, you will be missed! If everyone enjoyed life as much as you, the world would be a better place. Never forget when that ball went through Buckner’s legs and they opposite reactions that you and my father had!! Your were loved, fought valiantly and always lived life to the fullest. Love, Kevin, Tracy, Dylan and Ryleigh Morgan
