I've come to realize that nothing in life prepares us for losing someone we love -- nothing. Joan, my sweet mother-in-law, you were loved by all. You are the best mother-in-law a girl could have. I will miss you. Death takes the body. God takes the soul. Our mind holds the memories. Our heart keeps the love. Our faith lets us know we will meet again.
