Joe was not a close friend but I always looked forward to our occasional meetings on Centre St or at Roche Bros. Our conversations about local politics and politicians was always lively. Joe is one of the things I miss about living in NJ rather than West Roxbury

All the Maryland relatives are so sorry to hear of Joe's passing. He was a wonderful man. Very kind,good to his family (I remember how good he was to his Mom!!). We were lucky to have him in our lives!!!
