So sorry to hear of Fran's passing. I have many happy memories of working with him at the MBTA. Among them was our unforgettable trip to Alaska. He was often teased about being called Officer Friendly but, it wasn't far from the truth. He was a good man and he will be missed. Thoughts to Pat and the family.

Sorry to hear about Fran's passing. He was the MBTA Police rep to the Mission Hill Crime Committee for many years. Also to the LMA Security Director's Committee meetings. He was very helpful to me when I was at the New England Baptist Hospital. We were the same age and often had long "chats" about our outlook on life. A very positive person. Loved his family. I'm glad I had a chance to know him.
