Some of Rob's special qualities were his inability to be mean to anyone, even if they deserved it. No one worked any harder or steadier than Rob, his career lasted at least 60 years, every boss he had loved him. He'd go decades without missing a workday. He was completely resilient & strong, he always seemed to beat the odds and kept going. (I was sure he'd beat Covid-19 too) He laughed easy, he was entertained by just about everything, he even enjoyed soap operas and old gangster movies. He wouldn't miss a Red Sox game and hated when they lost but never gave up on them. He himself played as a kid, I can remember watching him play catch on Rockvale Circle with his brother Joe, both of them constantly played half ball, the best place to learn how to hit anything moving. He never missed a family celebration, I could see that he loved watching my kids grow up through the years and later their children. Heaven was built for this guy, we know he's in a better place now but we'll all miss him anyway. His other brother. Ron Reppucci

My Uncle Robbie will be greatly missed. My Uncle Robbie attended all my parent’s family gatherings and always seemed sincerely happy to be there. My father would sometimes challenge him with Red Sox history and stat questions and Uncle Robbie would always know the answer. It was very impressive! I remember hearing many stories about what a hard worker my uncle was. When I heard about his recent diagnosis I thought for sure he would soldier on as he had done in the past, but clearly God had another plan. And now my Uncle Robbie is reunited with my Grandmother and other loved ones. Although this is a somber time, I am very grateful Uncle Robbie was such a constant throughout my life, from early childhood, to my teenaged years, through my twenties and thirties, and my wife and kids had the opportunity to get to know him also. May he Rest In Peace. His loving nephew Kevin

Uncle Robbie was such a kind and wonderful uncle. I have so many fond memories of spending time with my uncles and my grandmother throughout the years. These memories include everything from trips to the movies during my childhood to many family celebrations over the years. It was always fun to reminisce with Uncle Robbie. He had an amazing memory and could always tell you the dates and details of special events. I'm so glad my children had the chance to spend time with Uncle Robbie too. We will all miss him very much.

My dear Uncle Robby lived his life embodying the classic values of hard work, honesty, humility, respect for others and kindness. Both his work ethic and memory were legendary. I remember growing up hearing about his more than two hour train ride each way to work and how he never missed a day. This was shared with us by his proud mother and brothers, never a complaint or boast by Robbie himself. Every time I saw him he was asked by one of us to recall a precise detail about a date, person or event that no one else could remember. He always had the exact details whether it was about a family member, someone from the neighborhood growing up, a politician or an athlete of any era or sport. He was always an important part of every milestone of our lives, with a warm smile and a kind word. We will miss him so much!

I have so many fond memories of dear Robbie! He was such a sweet and wonderful person. I always looked forward to seeing him at family gatherings. I loved the fact that whenever someone asked a sports statistic question he would, without missing a beat, know the answer. The world was and is a better place with such hard working, smart and thoughtful people as he was. Sending much love to Joe, Ron, Ann, Jennifer, Alison, Kevin and all who loved him!

I have known Robby since we were teenagers growing up in the same neighborhood. He became extended family when his brother married my sister. He and his brother Joe have always been family people watching out for their Mom, each other, and the entire Reppucci clan. I am sorry he became ill with this current virus but I know with his kind heart, after this long journey of life as a faithful servant, he is now just where he is meant to be; rejoicing with Our Lord in heaven. Bless you Robby!
