To the Cunningham family, I offer my deepest condolences on the passing of your brother Randy. We spent our youth together and then some Army years. Randy was a very professional and understanding soldier given I was his company commander. He kept shooting me when we were at Fort Devens maneuver training. I offer my prayers for you all in this time of sorrow. Kevin O'Reilly

Heartfelt condolences to Randy's family knowing that he will be greatly missed. I remember our teasing Randy as "the kissing bug" because he enjoyed giving kisses to his cousins so much as a child.
