Please accept my condolence and know that my prayers are with Kathy and her family. I and a former teacher and Retired Principal of the Horace Mann School and worked with Kathy in the 1980s. She was a wonderful teacher and Parent Infant Coordinator, who provided high quality services and loving support to Deaf children and their families. She was held in highest regard. As a former co-worker at the Horace Mann School, I remember Kathie fondly. She had a quiet warmth and intelligence that made her so capable in her job as parent-infant coordinator. Although our paths crossed only occasionally after she left the Horace Mann, I truly enjoyed our catch-up conversations. She will be sorely missed. I send my condolences to all her family and friends.

Dearest Jo, Eddie and Susan: I just can’t believe this. Kathie was one of the sweetest girls that I knew and too young to have passed. I am stunned and saddened to hear about Kathie's passing. I had the pleasure of working with Kathie at Horace Mann within the Early Childhood Program. I fondly recall attending her wedding and remaining connected with her long after she left the Horace Mann. She is rembered by me as a warm, intelligent and sensitive woman with a quiet unassuming presence. She will be missed but remembered with so much fondness. My well wishes and condolences to her entire family.
