My thoughts and prayers to all those who have been close to Ethel for so many years. Sorry I can’t visit at her services. I worked with her at the Overholt Clinic and continued a friendship for many years even visiting with her and Anne on Marco Island, Fl. There were many wonderful memories with other friends we would dine with. She was so caring andsincere. Will always remember her smile and happy that I got to visit with her a couple of months ago and have lunch. She did enjoy her life to the fullest. May she Rest In Peace.

I had the great pleasure of calling Ethel my aunt- despite her not actually being blood related (her brother John was married to my dad’s biological aunt Lucy). We spent many holiday with auntie Anne and auntie Ethel. I even got to visit her beautiful home in Boston with my cousin Nancy when I was in second grade- my first big trip away from my parents. I got to sleep in “the blue room” and browse her basement full of antique treasures for something to bring hone. I still remember her warm smile, her fantastic “accent”, her sense of humor, and her little owl like chuckle. Her and auntie Anne also gave the most fantastic presents! Until we meet again, Auntie! Rest peacefully!

I have so many fond memories when I was little going to the O’Brien’s house with my Mom and Grandmother. My Grandmother was very good friends with Ethels mom. I loved going over and seeing Mrs O’Brien and Ethel and Anne. Thinking of all the memories may they all Rest In Peace
