My heart goes out to the family during this time of deep sadness. Harry embraced Greg’s friend, my son who was 12–brand-new to Boston—and gave him a second family. I loved him for that. I still quote some of his fathering dicta. (“We only have volunteers around here. See what needs to be done and do it.”) I thanked Harry again many many years later when we ran into one another. There we stood in the middle of Star Market, shakey smiles, both teary-eyed. With love and warmest regards, Marita, Raafi’s mom.
