To Ms. Coughlin's Family, Ms. Coughlin was one of my teachers at Boston Business School fifty years ago. Her teaching was thoughtful, straightforward, and brisk, always encouraging us to do our best. She was a delight, with a very engaging teaching style. Most of my classmates were recent high school graduates, but she always treated us with respect, like the young ladies we were and not like high school students. Please accept my deepest sympathy on her passing.
