Joanne was a lovely person, always happy to talk with friends and acquaintances, and especially happy to create a beautiful flower arrangement or tie some extra Christmas bows. My mother worked with her mother at the hospital and I was a friend of her sister Jetta, so losing Joanne was like losing a very close friend. I wish her family peace and love.
