Dear Elaine and all family, What a long and wonderful life she had. I had lost touch with Lizzie after Mama died. Glenda and I had the most fun growing up over at Aunt Effie’s house. Playing Canasta, going swimming and just being together with you and Kitty. She had the sweetest laugh and I will always remember how much time she spent entertaining us girls. My love and prayers go out to all of you. A lovely rose is entering into the heavenly garden.

I always enjoyed the times when I happened to be home, and Elizabeth would stop by to visit my mother (Bertie Elliott). They were always great friends, so I was able to be in touch with her for many years. Elizabeth was the kind of person who made everyone around her feel that their day was better after being in her presence. Such a kind and gentle person. I have not seen her for many years but always remember her positive outlook on life and ability to bring out the best of those around her.

Hello to Adam, Elizabeth and Kitty, We are so sorry for the loss of your precious Great Aunt Lizzy, I know you all were very close and she was like your second mother. We rejoice knowing that she ran her course with joy and finished in faith! She is now in heaven and among that great cloud of witnesses, cheering you on as you continue on your course. We love you all very much, and pray the Holy Spirit's peace and comfort over you all! Much love, Pastor Bruce and Pastor Sheila and your LWC Family
