Jimmy was indeed a faith Mason and really did enjoy his work with the Masonic brother hood. Jimmy was a good friend of mine. He will be missed by every one that knew him.

My condolences to Mr Lee,s family. I worked for Norfolk Southern. He gave me many rides and stopped and would talk with me. Real nice person. I know that he will be missed.

Family, My heart is saddened for each of you because I know that you are facing the departure of your love one whom you loved dearly. I rejoice with you in knowing that your love one has now gone to be with the Lord because of his trust and belief in Jesus Christ. Jimmy was “one of a kind” and I am blessed to have had him for a friend and a fellow brother in Christ. I can see Brenda (in church) now , tugging at Jimmy’s pants, wanting him to sit down because he was discussing something that he felt strongly about. That was our Jimmy! He had a heart as big as the world! He was faithful to call me to warn me about a freeze coming and did I need him to help with preparing the water pipes. Know that Jimmy has left each of you a great legacy! I will miss this great Christian man! God bless each of you. 2 Chronicles 16:9.

One of my favorite people from my hometown church. Jimmy and his family always made Ashburn feel like home when you peered behind your pew at AFB to see them nearby. Brenda, Vicky and Michelle, may God give you comfort and strength. You will be in my prayers.

Mr.Jimmy Lee to know you was to love you. A great man of God with a heart of gold, that has never met a stranger. This world can really use a lot more Mr. Jimmy's and it would be such a better place. I'm going to miss you dearly when I come by Sycamore on the train. So now instead of tooting the horn I'll just ring the bell in remembrance of you. Fly High Mr. Jimmy Lee You Have Earned Your Wings. With Love Joyce Fluellen

Mr. Jimmy Lee touched more lives than he would ever know. His love for Jesus Christ came through as he would share stories of his life and faith with others. Every stop in Sycamore we would be on the lookout for him, and if we did not stop, our thoughts and hearts would lean towards him. So each time you see a train come through Sycamore just know that we are thinking and praying for your family. Mr. Jimmy Lee will be a legend of many years to come on the rails. Thank you for the great memories. Our prayers to you and your family.
